rPilates Mat Classes
Weekly Mat Pilates classes are booked as 6 week blocks, however you usually can attend a different class if you are not available one week. A drop in option is also available, depending on space. All levels are welcome. However if you are dealing with a health condition or injury, or you have never done Pilates before you may be required to take a 1-1 session first.
Pilates Studio Circuits
Pilates apparatus, like the reformer and the trapeze table, are less known in the UK, however originally Pilates was mainly practiced on the specialised equipment, which helps you learn to more with more quality and gives you a rich movement experience and a unique and fun workout. The studio circuit class currently runs monthly and is a great way to experience something different and to work with the equipment, It is also a great way for those who have been doing private 1-1 sessions to continue with their equipment work within a more affordable class.
