Classes, Courses & Workshops At her charming little studio in Leigh on Sea, Kristin runs weekly and monthly classes, as well as occasional workshops, to suit various levels of ability, interests and goals. Classes are always relaxed, private and informal with no more than 6 participants per class. Weekly classes are booked as a 6 week block, which also enables you to take 1-1 sessions at a 20% discounted rate if you choose. Kristin offers weekly Mat Pilates classes to help you maintain a flexible, capable and comfortable body. The monthly Release & Restore classes are for you if you have a stressful, busy life and are longing for a time and place, once a month where you can lie down, relax, mobilise your stiff achy joints and prepare for a really good night sleep.
Most courses and classes take place in Leigh on Sea. However some workshops and one-off classes also run in Edinburgh, Scotland.
