Classes, Courses & Workshops At her charming little studio in Leigh on Sea, Kristin runs weekly and monthly classes to suit various levels of ability, interests and goals. Classes are always kept relaxed, private and informal with no more than 6 participants per class. Weekly classes are booked as a 6 week block, which also enables you to take 1-1 sessions at a 20% discounted rate if you choose. Kristin offers weekly Mat Pilates classes to help you maintain a flexible, capable and comfortable body. Monthly Pilates Studio Circuits allow you to try something fun and different and to benefit from the amazing Pilates apparatus (such as the Reformer and Trapeze Table). The monthly Release & Restore classes are for you if you have a stressful, busy life and are longing for a time and place, once a month where you can lie down, relax, mobilise your stiff achy joints and prepare for a really good night sleep. If you are an experienced mover or a movement professional (such as a PT, Pilates or Yoga teacher/student, Dancer or Athlete) you may find the Advance Your Pilates Practice class useful. This is a technical class for those who want to explore healthy efficient movement at a deeper level and optimise their movement strategies. Pilates experience in particular is not needed.
Most courses and classes take place in Leigh on Sea. However some workshops and one-off classes also run in Edinburgh, Scotland.
