Studio Session - London Monument

Service Description

Somatic Experiencing in person can be very versitile, from sitting quietly and talking as we track the nervous system to manual therapeutic work and movement explorations. How we work depends on what feels right for you as we are following and honoring your nervous system. In order to work together in such a spacious and flexible way we use one of the lovely studios at the Light Center at Monument for our in person sessions in Central London.
