Terms & Conditions
  • Rare unforeseeable circumstances may cause cancellation of a session or class. If you have paid for the class in advance you will either be refunded for the missed session or receive a credit note towards your next booking.
  • If you feel unwell or ill it is in your own best interest to not attend sessions. Please notify Kristin as soon as possible and your session may be rescheduled. 
  • Unfortunately Kristin cannot refund you for classes you have missed as part of a course or block booking of group classes.
  • If you need to cancel a private session please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel later than 24 hours before the appointment a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the hourly rate may apply. 
  • Block bookings need to be paid in advance of the first session. 
  • Payments for Workshops, Classes and Courses are not refundable, they are however transferable. And where possible we will try to accommodate you in a different class. 
  • A Health History Form has to be filled out before the first session. ​
  • While Kristin will advise you on save physical practice during sessions and classes you accept full responsibility over your own body and health and understand that you are in control of your own body and are never forced or pressured into any activities you do not wish to undertake.

  • name, job title, birth date, home address, GP address, emergency contact.

  • information regarding health history and aims and goals, within the context of the services you buy.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with information you may be interested in as well as a relevant, effective and save service, and in particular for the following reasons:
  • Internal record keeping: we are required to collect notes about your ongoing treatments or progress during 1-1 sessions.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services directly for you as well as for others.
  • We may periodically send out a promotional newsletter about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided when and only if you signed up for our newsletter, or if you opted in to receive our newsletter, via your health history form.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect physically as well as online.
 
HOW WE USE COOKIES

Information relating to treatments will be securely held for 7 years from the last time of contact you made with us.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
