COMPLIMENTARY 30 MIN. ONLINE CONSULTATION
I offer a complimentary 30-minute online consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we might be a good fit to work together.
There is no obligation to take things further. If, by the end of the conversation, we both feel that working together would be beneficial, we can discuss the next steps.
Sessions
Prices:
£90 per 50 min. session
(I offer a limited number of concession slots. Please enquire if cost is a barrier.)
Frequency & Duration:
Initially weekly sessions are recommended. After 4-6 weeks fortnightly options are available. Therapy usually lasts between 6 weeks and many years.
Where:
Online via Zoom
(In-person sessions can be arranged in Southend on Sea or London where clinically indicated as part of the therapeutic process.)
Cancellation Policy:
I operate a 48 hour cancellation notice period.
